40+ instructors at the base of Catedral

La Base is a ski & snowboard school located at the base of Cerro Catedral, South America's largest ski resort, in San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentine Patagonia.

Our team is made up of more than 40 instructors with international experience, all certified by ADIDES (the Argentine ski & snowboard instructors association). We teach in several languages for local and international guests.

We believe learning to ski should be safe, progressive and fun. That's why we work with small groups, well-defined levels and a learning guarantee that's unique on the mountain.

We're right at the mountain base, next to the slope access: arrive, pick up your gear and go ski.
